Abstract:
To obtain a vaccine against canine distemper and leishmaniasis.
A recombinant canine distemper virus is created by using canine distemper virus as a vector and inserting a gene encoding a protein that can prevent the infection with leishmania protozoan, and thereby the vaccine against both canine distemper and leishmaniasis is obtained.
