PURPOSE: To prevent a recording surface from being stained by the composition in which every page of a recorded recording medium turned upside-down is hung from a hanger to be treated by the opening/closing operation of the hanger which is arranged near the passage of the recorded recording medium.
CONSTITUTION: The initial end of a recorded page record is positioned right under the cutting means 2 on a platen 3. The length L of the recorded page record can be recognized by an apparatus so that the half length L/2 can also be obtained. A hanger 9 is transferred by a distance between the right end of the platen 3 and a home point H, and a link mechanism 8 is opened to position the hanger 9 at an open position. When the transfer of a recorded recording medium 7 of the length for a half page is finished, the link mechanism 8 is closed to position a hanger 93 at a closed position. The residual recorded recording medium 7 moves along the outside of the hanger 93, and when the movement is finished, a drive roller 4 is stopped to stop the movement of the medium 7, which is cut by the cutting means 2. When the cutting is finished, the medium 7, with the recorded back turned upward, is hung from the hanger 93 in the closed position.
