Abstract:
To improve convenience in handling of recorded matters recorded to have continuous sequence numbers.SOLUTION: A recording device includes: recording means for continuously recording images on a long-sized recording medium; and cut means of enabling first cut processing of cutting the recording medium to separate the recording medium at a cut position, and second cut processing of cutting the partial recording medium at the cut position. Cut control means controls the cut means so that it subjects the recording medium on which a plurality of first recording images are recorded by the recording means to the first cut processing at positions corresponding to segments of a group of the grouped first recording images, and the second cut processing at positions corresponding to the segments of the first recording images in the group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
