Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording apparatus facilitating construction of utilization environment of digital information in which digitized works distributed via a network or a recoding medium are rapidly and easily circulated, and in which the protection of copyrights by charging with respect to the utilization of the digital information is assumed.
SOLUTION: The information recording apparatus acquires first license information used for utilizing content information recorded in a first recording medium, reads media ID for identifying a second recording medium from the second recording medium, generates second license information by deleting or rewriting use conditions included in the first license information and writing the media ID, and records the second license information in the second recording medium.
