Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain the information recording of a low noise by recording the waveform of an irradiating laser pulse by using the laser pulse of a waveform, which obtain larger power only for the beginning of writing an immediately returns to prescribed power. CONSTITUTION:The waveform of the irradiating laser pulse is recorded by using the laser power which obtains the large power only for the beginning of the writing and immediately returns to the prescribed power. For the recording of information, as a method to cause the temperature of a writing starting part to close to a normal condition from the beginning, a pulse waveform 7 is used to obtain the large power only in a short time for the beginning of the writing and to immediately return to the original power. By selecting the waveheight value and time of the writing starting part, a bit form 8 in a rectangular shape, for which a non-recording part is smaller than the writing starting part 4 in the beginning, is realized. Thus, the shape of a recording bit can be corrected and for the reproducing of the information, the noise can be lowered.
