RECOVERING AGENT FOR POROUS SOLID AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject recovering agent capable of readily and efficiently recovering water permeating and draining ability of a water permeable and draining paved material in the case of its clogging, comprising a carboxylic acid, a reducing agent, an asphalt solvent, a surfactant, an inorganic acid and water.
CONSTITUTION: This recovering agent comprises (A) 0.05-1wt.% of a carboxylic acid (preferably oxalic acid), (B) 0.1-2wt.% of a reducing agent, (preferably gallic acid), (D) 0.1-4wt.% of an asphalt solvent (preferably dioxane), (E) 0.1-2wt.% of a surfactant (preferably polyoxyethylene ether), (F) 5-20wt.% of an inorganic acid (preferably hydrazine hydrochloride) and (G) 71-94.65wt.% of water. The recovering agent is preferably obtained by adding the components A to C to the component G at 60-80°C and stirring to uniformly dissolve the components A to C in the component G, uniformly dissolving the component D in the solution, finally adding the component F to the component and stirring.
