This flow straightening structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle includes a flow straightening structure (61,71, 81) in which a traveling wind receiving surface (62a, 72a, 82a) which receives traveling wind is formed on a member (42, 26a, 75) of which at least a part overlaps a rear wheel (WR) in a side view of the vehicle, wherein the flow straightening structure (61, 71, 81) guides the traveling wind which flows along the traveling wind receiving surface (62a, 72a, 82a) in a predetermined direction.
