Abstract:
To provide a recycled cathode material that can be manufactured from an end-of-life lithium-ion secondary battery with less environmental impact and low recycling costs, and has excellent performance comparable to that of normal lithium-ion secondary battery cathode, a manufacturing method thereof, a method of using a recycled cathode material, a recycled cathode, and a lithium ion secondary battery.SOLUTION: A recycled positive electrode material containing lithium, nickel, cobalt, and manganese, 0.3 mass % or more and 3 mass% or less of aluminum, and less than 1 mass% of at least one of copper and iron.SELECTED DRAWING: None
