Abstract:
To provide a reel seat grip member which reduces the chance of the hand of a fisher contacting a nut part of a movable hood and reduces the chance of the nut coming loose when the fishing rod is operated, and helps weight reduction and size reduction of the hood.SOLUTION: A reel seat grip member encircles an upper part and a side part of a nut part of at least a movable hood in a hood for fixing a reel leg provided for the rod body where a reel leg mounting part mounting the reel leg is formed, and extends in a circumferential direction across a fair ring part in the manner that it encircles a part of the rod body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
