Abstract:
To provide an ultrasonic sensor system capable of being attached to multiple piezoelectric elements, etc. to the test object in a short time.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic sensor system includes: multiple piezoelectric elements 17; multiple element coils 18 connected to multiple piezoelectric elements 17 via multiple cables 20; a transmission/reception coil 12 which is movable so as to face any one of multiple element coils 18 and so that signals are sent and received by electromagnetic coupling between opposing element coils 18; a control unit 13 connected to the transmission/reception coil 12; and a band 15. The band 15 holds multiple piezoelectric elements 17 and multiple element coils 18 and is attached to the surface of piping 1. The band 15 holds the multiple piezoelectric elements 17 in contact with the surface of the piping 1 and blocks electromagnetic waves between the multiple element coil 18 and the surface of the piping 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
