Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress rapid flowing-in of refrigerant stored in a refrigerant storing part into a main refrigerant circuit when a type of operation is changed over in an air conditioner.SOLUTION: Air conditioning equipment 1 is configured in such a way that a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, a main pressure reducing valve and an indoor heat exchanger are connected in sequence and a main refrigerant circuit in which a direction of refrigerant can be changed is provided. In addition, the air conditioning equipment comprises a branch passage which is branched between the outdoor heat exchanger 5 and the main pressure reducing valve in the main refrigerant circuit and into which the refrigerant discharged from the outdoor heat exchanger is flowed in. Further, the air conditioning equipment comprises a receiver which is made of material having thermal conductivity and to which the end of the branch passage is connected and which accumulates the refrigerant under super cooled condition, the refrigerant flowing into the main refrigerant circuit from the receiver through the branch passage. The air conditioning equipment 1 further comprises a receiver pressure reducing valve which is provided in the branch passage and adjusts the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the main refrigerant circuit from the receiver through the branch passage. An amount of refrigerant in the air conditioning equipment is precisely detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
