Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable refrigerant compressor which can efficiently discharge a gas refrigerant generated from lubricating oil flowing through a lubricating oil passage of a rotating shaft from the lubricating oil passage.SOLUTION: A refrigerant compressor 30 includes a compression mechanism part 3 which compresses and discharges sucked refrigerant by rotation of a rotating shaft 14 rotated by operation of an electric motor 11 incorporated in a hermetic vessel 10, and a pump mechanism 21 which sucks lubricating oil stored in the hermetic vessel 10 and pressure-feeds the lubricating oil through a lubricating oil passage 18 to a main bearing 16 and a sub bearing 17 so as to lubricate them. A gas vent pipe 22 for discharging a gas refrigerant which is generated from the lubricating oil pressure-fed through the lubricating oil passage 18 by the pump mechanism 21 from the lubricating oil passage 18 is arranged in such a manner that an end 22a is positioned in a center of the lubricating oil passage 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
