Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant flow diverter that is inexpensively adapted to a higher-pressure refrigerant as a defluorocarbonizing type refrigerant by easily securing a necessary brazing material permeation length and improving rupture strength of a brazed part, and facilitates a brazing operation by having a structure such that an outer body and an inner body can be brazed simultaneously with brazing of flow diverter pipes and also eliminates a risk of gas leakage due to a decrease in quality of the brazed part.SOLUTION: A flow diverter body comprise an outer body 1 made of a metal plate and an inner body made of a metal plate and provided integrally with a refrigerant control part 2a, and is formed by providing grooves on side faces of the outer body and inner body and fitting the inner body in the outer body. A refrigerant flow diverter is structured by forming a flow diverting pipe insertion part 4 so that the grooves have a necessary brazing material permeation length, inserting a flow diverting pipe 5 into the flow diverting pipe insertion part, and brazing between them.
