To provide a refrigerant switching valve having improved refrigerant switching performance, and to enable a refrigerant to be switched according to an actual use state of a device including the same.
A switching valve includes a valve element 74, valve element driving means 60 and 67 for driving the valve element 74, a case 59 in which the valve element 74 resides, a valve seat 64 disposed at one end of the case 59, a flow-in tube 65 having one end opened into and connected to the case 59 of the valve seat 64, a first communication tube 66b, a second communication tube 66c, and a third communication tube 66d. The valve element 74 switches a first state in which the flow-in tube 65 and the first communication tube 66b are communicated with each other and the second communication tube 66c and the third communication tube 66d are communicated with each other, a second state in which the first communication tube 66b and the second communication tube 66c are communicated with each other and the third communication tube 66d is closed, and a third state in which the flow-in tube 65 and the third communication tube 66d are communicated with each other and the first communication tube 66b and the second communication tube 66c are closed.
