To provide a refrigerating device improved in condensation efficiency of a condenser.
This refrigerating device 30 comprises independent refrigerating circuits of two systems of a first refrigerating circuit 31A provided with an invertor compressor 32A and a second refrigerating circuit 31B provided with a constant speed compressor 32B, and a condensation pipe 33 is shared by both refrigerating circuits 31A, 31B. Normally, the invertor compressor 32A is driven, and the constant speed compressor 32B is driven together when necessary. The condensation pipe 33 has a group of fins 41 composed of a plurality of fins 40 arranged at intervals in the direction intersecting the circulating direction of the cooling air in a position along the circulating direction. A first condensation pipe 45A of the first refrigerating circuit 31A is disposed in a lower half region 41D of the group of fins 41, and a second condensation pipe 45B of the second refrigerant circuit 31B is disposed in an upper half region 41U.
