Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly stabilize the travel of an electronic expansion valve by making the control of the travel of the electronic expansion valve match the actual operating state with a simple method.
SOLUTION: When the operating condition of a refrigeration cycle is in a superheating range while the current temperature Td of a delivery pipe is estimated to tend downward from the previous memory data, or the operating condition of the refrigeration cycle is in a moisture range while the current degree Δ T of delivery superheating is estimated to tend upward from the previous data, the travel of an electronic expansion valve 3 is held at that immediately before it is determined by a PID control based on the preceding operating condition in the refrigeration cycle, thereby eliminating excessive opening or closing of the electronic expansion valve 3.
