Abstract:
To provide a refrigerator that can restrain frosting in a return duct, and has a simple structure.SOLUTION: A refrigerator according to an embodiment comprises a refrigerator body, a cooler, a cooler housing chamber, a return duct, and a foam heat insulation material. The refrigerator body includes an upper storage chamber, and a lower storage chamber arranged on the lower side of the upper storage chamber. The cooler generates cold air. The cooler housing chamber is provided in the refrigerator body. The cooler housing chamber houses the cooler. The return duct communicates with the upper storage chamber and the cooler housing chamber. The return duct forms a return flow passage through which air in the upper storage chamber returns to the cooler housing chamber. The foam heat insulation material is made of urethane foam. The foam heat insulation material is packed between the cooler housing chamber and an outer peripheral part of the return duct.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
