To provide a refrigerator including a lighting device which can be installed at a rotary door or a drawer type door included in a refrigerator body.SOLUTION: A refrigerator according to the invention includes: a first storage chamber; a second storage chamber divided from the first storage chamber by a partition wall and provided on the first storage chamber; and a first door which opens or closes the first storage chamber and a second door which opens or closes the second storage chamber. The refrigerator includes a lighting device and a power reception part in a recessed part provided on an upper surface of the first door; and a shielding cover member which forms a ceiling of the recessed part, is provided above the lighting device and the power reception part, and is provided with multiple cut and raised portions. Further, the refrigerator according to the invention includes a power supply part which is provided in a power supply part attachment space included in the partition wall and supplies electric power to the power reception part in a wireless manner. The multiple cut and raised portions cause the lighting device to radiate light to a position closer to the second storage chamber side than a position immediately above the lighting device. The lighting device is turned on to illuminate the interior of the second storage chamber when the first storage chamber is closed and the second storage chamber is open.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
