Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively obtain a cleaning solution without largely consuming energy and without using a reaction furnace causing an environmental problem by effectively utilizing an waste solution to be disposed.
SOLUTION: Nitric acid is added in the ratio of 10 to 200 ml based on a waste solution 11 of hydrofluoric acid in which the concentration of fluorine ions is ≥3% to obtain a regenerated cleaning solution of which pH is controlled to 1.2 to 5.0.
