Abstract:
To provide an automatic regeneration system capable of suppressing deterioration of fuel economy due to execution of automatic regeneration control in a highland environment and maintaining required torque.SOLUTION: A regeneration control system regenerates a DPF 8 by burning and removing PMs accumulated in the DPF 8 provided in an exhaust passage 5 of an engine 1. The regeneration control system includes: accumulation amount estimation means 11 estimating accumulation amount D of PMs accumulated in the DPF 8; height estimation means 12 estimating height H of a current place of a vehicle; and automatic regeneration control means 13 performing automatic regeneration control for automatically regenerating the DPF 8 when the accumulation amount D estimated by the accumulation amount estimation means 11 is determined to be greater than a threshold value Dt. When the height H estimated by the height estimation means 12 is determined to be higher than a predetermined height threshold value Ht, the automatic regeneration control means 13 cancels the automatic regeneration control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
