Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration liquid supply unit comprising a regeneration liquid tank which allows a raw material chemical agent to be easily placed on a regeneration liquid plate even in the vicinity of a regeneration liquid valve or an overflow part and can accommodate many raw material chemical agents.SOLUTION: There is provided a regeneration liquid supply unit for supplying a regeneration liquid to an ion exchange resin bed, the regeneration liquid supply unit comprising: a regeneration liquid tank 41 having a raw material accommodating part 411 and a regeneration liquid storage part 412; a regeneration liquid plate 42 arranged inside the regeneration liquid tank 41; a regeneration liquid circulation pipe; and a regeneration liquid valve, wherein an overflow part 413 is provided in the regeneration liquid tank 41 and the regeneration liquid plate 42 comprises: a protruding part 422 for the regeneration liquid valve which protrudes beyond a placing surface 421 and covers a part positioned above the placing surface 421 in the regeneration liquid valve; and a protruding part 423 for the overflow part which protrudes beyond the placing surface 421 and covers an opening 4133 of the overflow part 413.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
