Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration treatment method of construction sludge in which sludge solidification matter having necessary strength and being free from eluation of harmful substance is obtained from construction sludge and effectively recycled as material for civilconstruction or regenerated soil.
SOLUTION: Construction sludge is solidified by mixing construction sludge (X) containing bentonite-based sludge or sewage, a solidifying agent (Y) and crushed stone (Z) at weight rate of X:Y:Z=10:(1-2):(1-2) and stirring the mixture. In this case, the solidifying agent containing 65-70wt.% calcium oxide, 13-16wt.% silicon dioxide, 7-9wt.% sulfur trioxide and 4-6wt.% aluminum oxide as a main component is used. The obtained sludge solidification matter is cured for a prescribed term and thereafter crushed in necessary size so as to be used as material for civil-construction or regenerated soil.
