A plurality of wall face blocks 1 are laminated and a fill 2 is spread in the rear of the wall block 1, and a plurality of the reinforcing members 3 and support blocks 4 to fix the wall face blocks 1 and reinforce the fill 2 are embedded in the fill 2. L-shaped hooks 3a, 3b projecting at almost right angles as fixing part are formed at the end of one end side and at the end of the other end side. A fixing groove 1d is formed at the upper end of the wall face block 1 and a fixing hole 4b is formed in the support block 4 respectively. The hook 3a is fixed to the fixing groove 1d and the hook 3b is fixed to the fixing hole 4b.
