Abstract:
To provide a relay adapter and a charging system, which supply power to an electric vehicle while suppressing an influence upon the use of an electric apparatus to which power is supplied from a power distribution board.SOLUTION: A relay adapter 3 is electrically connected between a charger 2 and an electric vehicle 200 in a charge path S through which power is supplied from a power distribution board 100 to the electric vehicle 200 via the charger 2. The relay adapter 3 includes: a communication unit 33 (current value acquisition unit) which acquires a main line current value Im flowing through the main line of the power distribution board 100; and an adapter control unit 37 which, based on the main line current value Im, sets a setting current value Ic at the supply of power to the electric vehicle 200 through the charge path S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
