To provide a mechanism having extremely simple construction for preventing the leakage of liquid from a washed bottle.
The relief valve mechanism comprises a valve chest 6, a needle 7 freely movable approximately up and down and enclosed in the valve chest 6, a gas inlet 8 communicated with the approximately lower part of the valve chest via an internal space, and a gas outlet 9 communicated with the approximately upper part of the valve chest toward the outside. When it is left at rest, the needle 8 is located at the lower part of the valve chest to cover the gas inlet 8, thus releasing gas from the internal space. When the internal space is pre-loaded, the needle 7 is located at the upper part of the valve chest with the pre-load to block the gas outlet 9, thus substantially preventing the flow of the gas out of the gas outlet 9. This results in the gas to be automatically released from the internal space to the outside.
