PURPOSE: A remedy for a malignant tumor having extremely improved inhibition against tumor multiplication, reducing side effects, obtained by blending cyclophosphamide as a carcinostatic with tramexamic acid.

CONSTITUTION: Cyclophosphamide(chemical name: 2-[bis(2-chloroethyl)-amino] tetrahydro-2H-1,3,2-oxazaphosphorin-2-oxide hydrate) is used together with tramexamic acid, antiplasmin. In administration tranexamic acid is preferably applied after medication of cyclophosphamide. A dose of cyclophosphamide is 20W50mg/kg, and a dose of tranexamic acid is about 1.0W3.0g/kg. The presence of tranexmic acid specifically reduces the amount of cyclophosphamide to be used and lowers side effects extremely.
