To make an operation for remittance simple in an automatic transaction device; to easily complete transactions in a short period of time, the transactions being for putting cash in an automatic transaction device for remittance, and to improve an operating rate of an automatic transaction device in order not to make a customer wait.
A remittance system is provided with; a Web site which is connected to the Internet and receives the contents of remittance transactions in advance; a database which is connected to an automatic transaction device and the Web site and with which the contents of the transactions the Web site receives are registered; and an information terminal which a customer operates to access the Web site via the Internet and input the contents of the transactions. The Web site transmits a reception number unique to the transactions when the contents of the transaction are inputted. The automatic transaction device reads the contents of the transactions from the database when the reception number is inputted, and executes remittance transactions when cash is put in.
