Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a remote building control device capable of lessening expenses to be shared, and controlling a facility via a center device.
CONSTITUTION: The first center device 11 is laid for a plurality of control zones 1 and 3, and information from terminal devices 4a to 4n in a building located within the zone 3 are received with a receiving device 12 laid in the first center device 11. Then, the received information is transmitted from the distribution device 13 of the first center device 11 to the second center device 21 controlling the control zone 3 via a communication line 5b.
