To restrain bouncing and prevent contact fusing of a remote control breaker equipped with an electromagnet device for relay driving, even when it is changed from a closing current to a holding current.
A switching circuit 72 for changing over between a closing current and a holding current is provided with a changeover switch S3 operating in linking with the relay operation, and a delay circuit 73 for delaying from an off-operation to changeover of current of the changeover switch S3 for a constant period of time. The delay circuit 73 is provided with a charge/discharge circuit 74 carrying out charge and discharge in linking with the changeover switch S3, and a holding current switch S4 switching operations by discharge voltage of the charge/discharge circuit 73. Since time is delayed from the time when the changeover switch S3 is put off by the delay circuit 73 until the holding current switch S4 is put off, attraction of an electromagnet coil 4 becomes large until finish of the relay operation, so that bouncing can be restrained and contact fusing can be prevented.
