The remote control operation machine 2 has a remote control side electrode 4 capable of contacting with a finger Ma of a user M, and a data transmission part 5 for sending out operation data via the remote control side electrode 4. The toilet bowl side apparatus 3 has an apparatus side electrode 11 facing the seated user M, a data receiving part 12 for receiving data via the apparatus side electrode 11, and a control part 13 for operating the apparatus in response to the operation data received by the data receiving part 12. The operation data are transmitted to the apparatus side electrode 11 by using a part of the body of the user M for a transmission passage via the remote control side electrode 4.
