Abstract:
To provide a remote operating method of a recording apparatus efficiently making video recording reservation and correction of video recording reservation by providing a server for managing a video recording reservation site and a NAT server so as to implement direct communication with the recording apparatus.
A system mainly employing a mail server 11 is used for reservation using a video recording reservation site 12, when the reservation fails, direct communication with the NAT server 14 is implemented in compliance with the HTTP and a cause to the reservation failure is corrected to quickly complete the reservation.
