Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To track and photograph the same subject from many directions by grasping the arrangement relation of plural remote control universal heads and directly operating one remote control universal head, and then actuating plural other remote control universal heads to follow it up.
SOLUTION: In the case of installing plural remote control universal heads PT1, PT2..., PTn on which a television camera is mounted at optional positions, each remote control universal head photographs other remote control universal heads so as to grasp the arrangement relation of the remote control universal heads PT1, PT2... based on photographing information (the inclination and the direction of a universal head and a photographing distance) at that time. When the subject is photographed by directly operating the specified remote control universal head PT1 by an operation unit 30, the photographing information necessary to catch the same subject by other remote control universal heads is calculated based on the photographing information of the remote control universal head PT1 related to the operation and the information on the arrangement relation. Then, other remote control universal heads PT2..., PTn are actuated based on the calculated result.
