PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the management of information and to hold a secrecy.
SOLUTION: The connection part 104 of a portable personal computer 101 with a function communicating with another personal computer through a network and the connection part 115 of a desktop personal computer 111 without a communication function are connected to each other. Though RAM 143 of the computer 101 is registered as one of the managing device of CPU 161 of the computer 111, RAM 163 of the computer 111 is not registered as the managing device of CPU 161 of the computer 101. Though CPU 161 is capable of directly accessing to RAM 143 to write data in it and to read out data from it, CPU 161 is not capable of directly accessing RAM 163 to directly write data in it and to read data from it.
