Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten file transfer time and to rewrite a file in a short time at the time of changing the file by providing a function for defrosting data files sent from a base station controller and a transfer device provided with the function for compressing the data files in the base station controller and plural base station modems.
CONSTITUTION: The transfer device 1 is provided with a file identification function 11 for respective file kinds, a file compression function 12 and an editing function 13. An exchange 3 performs only a relay function in data transfer. The group 4 of the plural base station controllers is provided with a pair of control stations 40 and 41. Further, the respective control stations 40 and 41 are provided with an area 14 for storing and managing the plural files, the function 15 for controlling the storage and management of the files and the function 16 for compressing and defrosting the files. Further, the group 5 of the plural base station modems is connected to the control stations 40 and 41 and the respective base stations are provided with a file defrosting function.
