Abstract:
To provide a remote exercise guidance system allowing an instructor, at a remote location, to guide a user to maintain and improve the athletic ability of the user while watching an image of the user via a communication network.SOLUTION: A user terminal 10, imaging means 11, an instructor terminal 20, and a server 30 are respectively connected with each other via a communication network N. The imaging means 11 images motion of a user, and imaging information is displayed together with basic athletic ability information on the user terminal 10 and the instructor terminal 20. The instructor refers to the imaging information and the basic athletic ability information displayed on the instructor terminal 20 and instructs an exercise method to the user from a remote location. The user performs exercise according to the instruction of the instructor while checking the imaging information and the basic athletic ability information displayed on the user terminal 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
