PURPOSE: To surely obtain a transmission control procedure before and after a specific event on communication by sending the information stored in an internal RAM to a facsimile equipment at a remote location when the event relevant to a specific code takes place.

CONSTITUTION: When a reference code corresponding to a specific event on the transmission control procedure is sent from a facsimile equipment at a remote location, a code management section 2 stores the reference code. A communication control section 4 converts the event on the transmission control procedure into a prescribed information code and sends it to a RAM 3 and when the information code is coincident with a reference code, the code management section 2 sends the information representing the code coincidence to the system control section 1. After the end of communication with code coincidence caused, the system control section 1 sends the transmission control procedure information of the communication stored in the RAM 3 to the facsimile equipment of the remote location via the communication control section 4. Thus, the transmission control procedure information of the communication having the specific event occurred is obtained.
