Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a remotely arranged type equipment status diagnostic device capable of saving power and reducing diagnostic cost.
CONSTITUTION: This equipment status diagnostic device is provided with a sensor assembly 4 constituted so that at least two sensors among a visual sensor, a hearing sensor, a touch sensor, and an order sensor are integratedly arranged in a working area 1 including equipments 11a to 11e to be diagnosed noncontactly with these equipments 11s to 11e, a signal processing means for processing a signal outputted from the assembly 4, and an analyzing means for analyzing data outputted from the signal processing means by fuzzy logic or neurologic.
