Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a process for sufficiently removing a coating film from a resin substrate to an extent to enable the recycling use of the substrate in industrial use.
CONSTITUTION: A resin substrate having a coating film on the surface is treated in an aqueous solution of an alkali having a concentration of ≥0.1wt.% at a temperature above 110°C and below the melting temperature of the substrate and the substrate is passed through a screen mesh in molten state to remove the coating film from the surface of the resin substrate.
