Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly remove the burr of a work part corresponding to a binding part between a flat brush part and a twisted brush part.
SOLUTION: This removal tool for a burr or the like is formed out of a flat brush part 4 having a disc form of a plurality of bristles 7 clamped with a plurality of core wires 5 and bundled at a binding part, and a twisted brush part 2 having a spiral form of a plurality of bristles 6 clamped with a plurality of core wires 5 twisted in a bundled state. Furthermore, the flat brush part 4 is positioned at the end of a tool body 10 and the twisted brush part 2 is faced to the flat brush part 4 via the binding part thereof. Also, an abradant 16 is applied around the binding part.
