Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out removing work of a cone washer safely without damaging any stud bolt or external member.
CONSTITUTION: A base body 21 in a removing apparatus 20 is opposedly arranged and positioned to a body subassembly 5 (external member), and respective abutting members 27 are positioned so as to be matched with stud bolts 3. At the tip of the abutting member 27, a recess part, 31 is formed, and the stud bolt 3 is abutted into the recess part 31 so as to be received in the recess part 31, and then, shock force is applied to a member 33 to be hit by means of a hammer and the like. As a result, indirect force is applied to the bolt 3, and a cone washer 7 is removed from an insertion hole 6. In this process, the cone washer 7 is brought into contact with the tip part, of the abutting member 27 on the outside of the recess part, 31, so that the cone washer 7 can be removed safely and surely.
