Title:
REMOVING METHOD OF CORE METAL AT RESIN TUBE FORMATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6114937
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To facilitate to remove a core metal during the formation of a resin tube by forming resin layer around a cylindrical core metal by a method wherein the resin layer is formed after the formation of paraffin film around the core metal and hardened by heating together with the melting of the paraffin film.

CONSTITUTION: Firstly, paraffin film is formed around a cylindrical core metal by applying paraffin onto the core metal. Secondly, resin layer is formed onto the paraffin film under the temperature, which does not melt the paraffin. Thirdly, the resin is hardened and simultaneously the paraffin is molten away by heating. Finally, the core metal is removed by shifting the resin tube in the direction of its axis center line.
