USE: Antihypertensive agents.
PROCESS: For example, a compound of formula I is obtained by allowing cyclohexylbromide, etc., subjected to Grignard regent, then to react with trimethyl bromide, allowing thereof to react with CH2Cl2 in the presence of a butyllitium, allowing thereof to react with isovaleril-phenylarnyl-norvaline, etc., after iodoxylation by NaI and then allowing thereof isovaleril-phenylaranyl- norvaline, etc.
