Abstract:
To repair a roof without removing an existing verge member.SOLUTION: A repairing roof material 1100 has a roughly J-shaped section which covers a surface from the eaves side tip of an existing roof material 1200 and which is provided by inserting an eaves side end edge between this covered existing roof material 1200 and the existing roof material 1200 of a ridge side stacked on the ridge side of this existing roof material 1200, An upper piece of an existing verge member 1000 is covered with an upper cover piece from the roof side end, and a dropping piece of the existing verge member 1000 is covered with a drooping cover piece. In this case, a repairing verge member 100 has a structure with a roughly L-shaped section so as to continuously cover the existing verge member 1000. A folding piece formed at the open end of the upper cover piece of the repairing verge member 100 is disposed so as to be locked to the roof side end of the upper piece of the existing verge member 1000.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
