Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make ambiguous the boundary lines of a repaired concrete face, by applying a particular compound cement material and a primcoating paint containing an adhesive, on a lost part of an exposed concrete face and attaching a film applied with a low surface-tension treatment and a hydrophilic colorant and pressing it, in the uncured condition and peeling off it after having left it for an appropriate period.
SOLUTION: A compound material for repair concrete having a composition similar to a concrete compound material is charged in a lost part of an exposed concrete face and it is levelled flat to the peripheral part by a trowel or a roller to make the boundary lines unbiguous. An aqueous solution or a water-dispersed solution containing a paste is applied on the applying face as a primcoating material. Separately, a low surface-tension treatment is applied on a film like a hydrophobic synthetic resin and a hydrophilic colorant is applied on the processing face. The applied face of the colorant is attached to the uncured face of the primcoating material and pressed from the opposite side face and left as it is. The colorant disperses between the primcoating materials and brings an indefinite pattern like a striped pattern. Thereafter, the film is peeled off and a preventive agent against deterioration of the colorant and a luster are applied as a top coat.
