Abstract:
To provide a repair structure of a glass lining product which can repair a broken point of a glass layer without lowering the rigidity of a base material, and a repair method.SOLUTION: A repair structure 10 of a glass lining product 12 comprises a base material exposure part 18 having an exposed face 30 of a base material 14 which is obtained by eliminating a glass layer 16, a cover 20 for covering the exposed face as a whole, and a gasket 22. The repair structure of the glass lining product also comprises a cover support part 24 which is arranged in a state of contacting with the exposed face, a weld part 26 which is constituted so as to weld a welded part 48 being a part of the cover support part to the exposed face, and a sealing material 28 which is charged in a space at the inside of the cover so as to seal the exposed face. A thermal edge cut region Q for making the weld part and the glass layer separate from each other and thermally edge-cutting them is secured at the exposed face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
