PURPOSE: To decrease fluctuation in the toner discharging rate and to prevent deterioration of images by forming a toner discharging port to supply a toner into an image forming device, a movable member which can be inserted into and pulled out from the toner discharging port, and a stirring member which can rotate.
CONSTITUTION: This replenishing container for a toner can be attached to and detached from an image forming device to form an image on a recording paper with a toner. The container has a toner discharging port to supply a toner to the image forming device, a movable member 27 which can be inserted into and pulled from the toner discharging port, and a stirring member 28 which can rotate. During a toner is supplied from the toner discharging port, such a trouble is caused that an aggregated toner or the like produced during transportation clogs the discharging port and acts like a cover to prevent the normal flow of the toner and this decreases the supply rate of the toner. In this case, the movable member 27 is inserted into the toner discharging port so that the cover which prevents the normal flow of the toner can be mechanically rejected and that the discharging rate of the toner can be maintained. The rejected aggregated toner is stirred with the stirring member 28, and if the aggregate is in a loose state, it can be broken.
