Abstract:
To provide a replenishment assistance system that can replenish articles further easily and accurately.SOLUTION: A replenishment assistance system 1 includes an RFID tag 41 attached to an article 40, an RFID reader 140 capable of reading the RFID tag 41, a counting unit 105 that counts the number of articles 40 in stock on the basis of the information on the article 40 that is read from the RFID tag 41 by the RFID reader 140, and an optimal inventory count prediction unit 108. The optimal inventory count prediction unit 108 includes a predictor that has already learned in advance by machine learning an input-output relation between the external conditions pertaining to the consumption of the article 40 and the optimal inventory count and predicts the optimal inventory count of articles 40 using the predictor on the basis of the current external conditions. The replenishment assistance system 1 performs inventory management of the articles 40 on the basis of the number of articles 40 in stock counted by the counting unit 105 and the optimal inventory count of articles 40 predicted by the optimal inventory count prediction unit 108.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
