Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the replenishment device of processing liquid constituted so that the processing liquid is naturally taken out and used for replenishment by simple operation and a used container is easily discarded.
SOLUTION: This replenishment device is constituted so that the replenishment container obtained by forming a soft sheet material like a bag is set in a main body case 21. An arm 25 arranged at the case 21 so that it is freely rocked, opened and closed around a supporting shaft 24 is provided with a suction tube 26 whose tip is sharp. By operating the arm 25 in a closing direction, the tube 26 is made to pierce through the replenishment container so that the processing liquid can be sucked. Besides, this device is provided with a ratchet mechanism consisting of a stopper 42 engaged and disengaged with respect to the recessed and the projecting parts 41A of a gear-like member 41 so as to obstruct the rocking of the arm 25 in an opening direction while permitting the rocking thereof in the closing direction.
