Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a belt conveyor device used for a current carrying system is not appropriate to carry foods and medicines, which requests hygienic condition of high level, because of vibration and noise to be generated by a mechanically supported rotary shaft (roller) and dirt and smell to be generated by lubricant.
SOLUTION: In this repulsion type magnetic floating unit 1, a rotary shaft 4 is floated and supported by repulsing magnetic force of stator magnets 5a and 5b and rotor magnets 10a and 10b from both sides thereof, and the rotary shaft 4 is vibrated in the floating direction by driving coils 6a and 6b, which are driven with the alternating current, and a magnetic ring 11 to move articles. A plurality of such repulsion type magnetic floating units 1 are arranged to structure a carrying system. Mechanical contact is eliminated in this carrying system, and this carrying system is appropriate for hygienic environment.
