Abstract:

To efficiently produce a resin bumper excellent in energy absorbability at the time of collision and easy in recycle utilization.

In a resin bumber for a vehicle consisting of a resin skin material 2 composed of a hollow molded product and the resin foam 3 foamed in the hollow part 2' of the skin material 2 to fill the hollow part 2', at least one of the skin material 2 and the resin foam 3 is composed of a polymer having the same repeating unit. The resin bumper for the vehicle is efficiently produced by filling the hollow part of the hollow molded product in a blow mold at the time of the blow molding of the resin skin material and subsequently supplying a heating medium into the blow mold to form a resin foam raw material and taking the hollow molded product out of the blow mold.
